1) Mint oil (menthol)
Menthol is obtained mainly from fresh mint leaves. Menthol, in contact with mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, acts as an expectorant, facilitating purification of the respiratory tract from small dusty pollutants.
It also has a relaxing, antibacterial, secretory and cooling effect. In the periods of high temperature an addition of an agent with a cooling effect on an organism is a very beneficial solution.
